only you will have to get CLC and migration certificate from your previous college and also character certificate.
different colleges Entrance exam are different.so fill the application form of them ,then you can take admission in those colleges.

The chances of getting IITs/NITs are very low. You can't get admission with 426 marks as an ECE student. You can try going for GFTIs or state level colleges as the possibility of securing a seat there is high.
Some GFTIs are also good and are equivalent

The fee structure depends on the college which you are going to select. But approximately it is between 2lakhs to 3lakhs. for government college, it is between 1lakhs to 1.5lakhs
