Yes, there are many colleges that allow you to do B.ed after doing BTech. Generally, the colleges have the required aggregate in the degree as 55% or so. 

B.ed is more easily available for students who have BTech degree in applied physics or applied mathematics.

There is only one mode for admission in BTech in DCRUST that is jee mains. You need to appear for it and after that aplly for haryana counselling. But there is a sport quota for selection too. You can look for it from college website and haryana counselling website.

   There is some information missing in the question you posted.The Eligibility criteria will be varying for different institutions.

Most of the institutes mention Passing of Class 12th or its equivalent as the eligibility criteria. They also do mention the pass percentage but the percentage might vary from institution
