There are not any specific colleges especially for providing the students internships right from your 1st year if you are talking about the 4 year B.Tech course.

Whether i will talk about IIT's,NIT's,IIIT's or any GFTI it totally depends on the student itself that he/she is intersted in doing

Yes if you have completed your B.Tech that is you completed your graduation so if you want to go for higher studies and want to appear in NEET but i think you should remember the qualifications for appearing in the NEET exam.

I would like to tell if you will opt for mechanical engineering there ane many oppurtunites to pursue your career in government sector like in PWD DEPARTMENTS, JE RAILWAYS and other PSU and MNC to hire mechanical engineers.

You can also get oppurtunity in Aviation departments.

If one University is recognised for offering BTech in CSE, ME & EE, can it offer BTech Biotechnology? And would it be recognised?

I think almost every colleges offer Biotech course, correct me if i am wrong. yes, it will be recognised as it is one of the technological course aprroved by AICITE. I know, you must have been confused with the bio term but it's not like that.
