GATE score is important for your NIT/IIT entry . 

Do concerntrate on that so that you will be placed in merit .

The PSU's  seat will be based on the score you get in the entrance exam they keep for the particular opening .

the VIT vellore and all the 3 campus runs with same circulaum but it would gets varry with the programme elective dear, since that can be choosen as per the student wish , while as per the Circullum of the VIT they have the Machine learning and AI

To get admission in IITM for btech these are some of the eligiblity criteria:

You have to score 75%+ marks in class 12

You have to at least qualify in jee main paper 1

You have to bring very good rank in jee advanced.
