I have 6.2cgpa(58% by conversion) in 10th, 85% in intermediate & 75% in btech. Can I get job in PSUs or seat in NITs & IITs through gate.

GATE score is important for your NIT/IIT entry . 

Do concerntrate on that so that you will be placed in merit .

The PSU's  seat will be based on the score you get in the entrance exam they keep for the particular opening .

To get admission in IITM for btech these are some of the eligiblity criteria:

You have to score 75%+ marks in class 12

You have to at least qualify in jee main paper 1

You have to bring very good rank in jee advanced.

Hello,
If you want admission in it you can go through only jee mains.
They intake students on the basis of jee mains score only, so I think if you really wanted to get admision in it you need to prepare well for the jee mains examination.
