Dear Ritesh, for both BCA and B.Tech  the eligibility criteria remains +2. So if you want to join B.Tech, you have to write the entrance examinations for admission into B.Tech collges. You needn't necessarily completr BCA to join B.Tech. You will need to reach out to your college authorities once
