What is your year of passing 12th ?
For Btech course PCM is only required. Biology is required only for the medicine course. So you can do any BTech course with PCM.

For B.Tech ( Cs & it) 4-year course , the fee is around 3,42,350
And for B.Tech ( Cs & it) (lateral) 3-year course , the fee is around 2,72,550.

jee mains is enough to earn admission in DTU for b.tech courses,no need for jee advanced (jee advanced score is needed only to get admission in ug courses in iit's).for m.tech ,you'll be in need of GATE score.please check the given links:
