With 114 rank in B.EL.ED, it is slightly difficult to get admission in the first allotment(DU) round as you belongs to the General category. But there is a chance that you will get a college in 3rd or 4th(Any college) round of seat allotments.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention about the rank which you have got in entrance test. so this makes it difficult to predict

Since on the basis of previous year trends, DU has around 200 seats for general/unreserved category students. So, with this rank, you have good chances of getting in DU! You just have to make sure that you have all the necessary documents with you and wait for the allotment/counselling
