which college is better bvp pune or mit wpu

Supragya Chauhan 1st Dec, 2021

Dear aspirant,

Since both the colleges are private there's not much difference but if you look at the facilities and job opportunities along with exposure BVP is at par with MIT WPU , although in terms of fee there is a difference of about one lakh twenty thousand with BVP being more economical .

Hence you can choose BVP, save more money and still get similar experience,

Hope it cleared you query,

Thank you.

can a candidate get admission through jee mains in bharati vidyapeeth

pri111nah 11th Oct, 2021

Hi Khushbu,

No, Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune does not accept JEE Mains because it is a deemed university, it conducts its own entrance exam known as Bharati Vidyapeeth Common entrance test (BVPCET), you have to clear that exam to get into this college

You can expect CS in counseling if you merit is about 200–300 and IT till 500 .

Whether you want to get admission through Merit Quota or Management Quota you need to attend BVPCET exam.

If you want to appear in that test, following is the criteria-

  • You must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2 or HSC examination of any recognized Board/University from any schools/college situated in India.
  • Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination but have not obtained their result will also be eligible provided they’ll have the mark sheet during the counselling session.
  • You should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination having Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects - Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in the above mentioned subjects taken together.
  • Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology from AICTE approved institute and obtained atleast 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates) will be eligible.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck.
