Hi aspirant, since you have got 75 percentile in your JEE mains exam so based on that let me tell you that if you want to have admission in any branch including CSE, IT, ECE than at this rank it is totally not possible for you to get into these branches but if you want to pursue B.Tech wit core engineering branches like electrical, mechanical and civil than you can get a seat into the institution.

Average package is offered is 4.21 Lakhs for B.tech in Institute of engineering and technology whereas coming to Bhilai Institute of technology average package offered students is 3.80 Lakhs for B.tech .
