The cutoff changes every year and it varies from one institute to other and also depends on your domicile. So in general, at least 420+ marks can fetch you good government medical colleges for BHMS course. And almost 300+ for reputed private colleges.

NEET cutoff percentile for the general category is 50th percentile,
while the corresponding marks has been declared as 701 to 134.
The cutoff for SC/ST/OBC category (40th percentile) is 133- 107 and
for unreserved PwD candidates (45th percentile) it has been announced as 133- 120.

No, you will not be eligible for a BHMS seat without qualifying in NEET. Management quota is only applicable for the candidates who have cleared the NEET exam.The admission obtained without NEET will be illegal and not valid.

Farha, it is not clear if you want to know about AIIMS MBBS or AIIMS PG. Because AIIMS MBBS exam has been scrapped and now admission to all of 15 branches of AIIMS will happen through NEET score through All India Counselling conducted by the DGHS. So if your question

Giving you a rough idea the cutoff for general category would be near about 480+ marks and for reserved categories it would be near about 400+ marks for the government medical colleges and for private collefes it would be around 350 marks. Also some private universities give admission to bhms
