Both BAMS and BHMS are good courses and it completely depends on your interest. BAMS deals with modern and vedic medicines whereas BHMS deals with homeopathic medicines.

In case if you need to change your course you need to appear in neet again and on the basis of marks you obtained you'll get a college accordingly.
