With such low marks the govt. institute is not possible even through the reservation. You have to go for the private institutes only with the low marks you obtained in the exam. It would be difficult for you to get into the clinical courses as you may have to go

Government BHMS BAMS is a bit tentative can't guarantee you. Especially this year when the cutoffs are expected to rise as you might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. Congratulations that you got allotment in BHMS . Now coming to your question, you can definitely go for the 2nd round of BAMS . But if your BHMS counseling is completed with the mop up round then if you now want to change your course from BHMS

This is very difficult to asume the minimum marks but for government college bhms one need 330+ marks in neet 2019 and this only asumption it can differ between 300 to 350 and almost 200 marks for getting admission in private colleges.
