As you mentioned your mhtcet pcb percentile as 80 ...  there are mhtcet cutoff of bams for some colleges :-
Rap AC   439-349
KGMP AC . 371-337
Ashtang  AC .410-326
GAC Osmanabad   430-318
And  for government colleges cutoff of BHMS and bams are as follows:-

Hey  Rayudu,

Hope you are doing well!

You just need to qualify NEET for BHMS.As NEET provides Admissions to only MBBS and BDS courses.

Else,for taking admission in BHMS you need to give a different entrance exam.

As per as your score and previous years cuttoff score of various medical college,your chance of getting medical colleges is less under OBC quota.You need at least 475 under BC quota to fetch medical college.Visit below mention link to check cuttoff of medical Colleges for each category:

Well dear,you just need to qualify NEET to get admission in BHMS colleges as.NEET UG provides admission only to MBBS  and BDS courses.

To get admission in BHMS and BAMS courses also candidates must clear NEET. To qualify NEET, each candidate is required to score the minimum qualifying percentile set for each category. The cutoff percentile for General Category is 50 Percentile, for reserved category ie., SC/ST/OBC (including PwD candidates in reserved category)
