There is good chance for you to get a seat. First round of counselling of neet 2019 has already begun and soon counselling for other courses will also begin. Go through previous year's cut off of your state for bhms in order to get a rough idea. Don't worry
It totally depends on the rank you scored in NEET 2019. There are even many private colleges who accept very low NEET score even. If your score is low then you can apply in any private college. But if it is sufficient then check the closing rank of the college
