The process for applying for all health science courses is the same. Check out your state's counselling process and register for it. While filling out the preference form, list the colleges of your choice first.
Based on this score the chances seems to be less to get admission in Government colleges for BHMS programme but you might have the chance in the private colleges.

It is tough to tell you the exact but based on this score you might have the chance for BHMS programme in DY Patil University. There is no any fee consession, There are total 100 seats which is devided into two categories Gen category (85 seats) & NRI (15). The
BAMS, BHMS counselling will be conducted by the respective state counselling authorities separately. Please expalin about which state Option Entry you are asking?

thank you for approaching us . with a score of 20894 you have quite low chances of getting a BHMS seat in some good college . but if you have any special category then you will have a chance.

In my knowledge if you are from general or OBC category then it's highly improbable to get bhms or bams.
