The qualifying marks for NEET is 119 marks for general category and 96 for reserved category. As your marks don't fall in any of above categories , you cannot apply for it. Clearing NEET is the first step to apply for MBBS , BDS , BHMS , BAMS courses.

There is no such official cutoffs available as this depends upon the difficulty of exam and number of students appearing in the same. But for appoxinationa. 450+ marks are a good bet

You can apply for the course till 31st july . The counselling will be nearly by 9th or 10th August.

The marks vary according to different college and regions . A score of around 400 has a chance of securing a seat in 1 of the BHMS college
