I am really sorry to say that with 44 percentile in CAT, you cannot get admission in Faculty of Management Studies, BHU.
As observed and analysed from previous years, selection process, the cutoff for taking admission in FMS BHU remains atleast above 85

For doing M.Sc geophysics in BHU you need a B.Sc. degree in either field of Physics along with either subject of Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Geology/ Electronic Science with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and above from
banaras hindu university is a prominent university. you need to appear in bhu uet entrance test, to take admission in undergraduate courses including b.sc. you may get previous years question paper on official website.
