Is it true that reserved category do not require cat percentile to get into BHU ?

I would like to tell you that cut off of any Examination depends on
Cut off for general category was 85 percentile whereas cut off for reserved category is not specific. They do have reservations for reserved category.

- Number of seats
- Number of applicants for admissions
- Previous years cutoff
