With that mark you have very very less chance for your category. but sc st do get for that. but if you have some vacancy, you might also get it. the colleges you can try are

If you have a domicile certificate of Bihar state only, then you can only apply in Bihar for state counselling. You cannot participate in other state's counselling rounds as domicile certificate of the state you are applying for is a MUST. However, you can apply in other states for All India counselling.

As for neet in India in reserved category for single girld child is 1% and in many states there are different % of reservation for girls and some state does not have reservation category like this and according to the information available in bihar it is around 3% of reservation for girls under SINGLE GIRL CHILD.
