I have obtained 420 marks in neet exam 20.IBelongs to bihar and state quta E BC .Can I have any seat inbihar

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 28th Sep, 2020

hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category , state of domicile etc. however as per previous years records of closing score you have less chances in any colleges under obc category in state quota.

My neet marks is only 470, but EWS category rank is 13752, will there any chances of govt medical college in Bihar state ? Sir/Mam, please reply me its too urgent

pdwords Student Expert 6th Nov, 2020
Hello,

Last year 576 Marks with all India rank of 14427 secured a seat in GMC, Bettiah under state quota, and this year there are greater chances of cut-offs increasing hence chances seem quite tough in your case, you can explore other options of private colleges or deemed universities, cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc, check out previous year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-bihar

I am robins from bihar .I have got 13929 obc rank .Can i get any nit

Naman Raturi 27th Sep, 2020

Hello There ,

According to your rank and category you can get some Nit's and IIIT's but in nit's you would have to compromise with the branch which you would be getting . You would have to take up core branches , and in iiit's you would get some iiit's like una , Bhagalpur , Vadodara , surat etc in the special rounds   . You can try for them .

You can also get your homestate nit as the cutoff is generally less for it . Also you can apply for many GFTI's and other state government college .

Will the fees for MBBS in Mata Gujri Medical College, Kishanganj, Bihar be increased for the year 2020?

S. Saha Student Expert 6th Nov, 2020
Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College Kishanganj is a private medical college so the fee structure is bit costlier.
The admission fee is lies around INR 50,000 which has to be paid only one time.
And the tuition fee is around INR 8,38,000 which has to be paid annually. This is the annual tuition fee.
During admission process, the student has to sign a bond of value around INR 29,33,000.
There are hostels available for both male and female students. The hostel charges around INR 2,00,000 annually.
Mess charges around INR 60,000 per annum which includes three times meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
INR 1,00,000 per annum as Studnet Amenities fees which covers transport, gym and sports etc.
And INR 2,00,000 which has to be paid one time as security deposit which is refundable after the end of the course.
But this is as per the fee Structure of last year as till now the Institute has not yet released the fee of 2020-21 session. So there can be slight increment in the fees.

Swarnabha Das 27th Sep, 2020

Dear aspirant
At first lots of congratulations for your result and wishes for your future life. I am afraid to inform you that with your score your chances in All India  counselling are almost negative for the 15% seats  as well as your chances in state counselling 85% seats are also much low .However judging from trends of previous years you can get some of good private medical colleges in Bihar by state counselling 85 %  . Some of those colleges are

Narayan Medical College and Hospital,
SasaramMata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj
Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, SaharsaKatihar Medical College, Katihar
Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani

i am getting 492 marks in neet ,from Bihar obc category, which private college will i get?

akashkumarpati.2000 27th Sep, 2020

Hey,

Regarding your query at first I would like to inform you that without officially released cut-off details of NEET UG 2020, it's quite difficult for us to make any accurate comment about the precise cut-off marks of this year for the top and eminent private Medical and Dental colleges in Bihar.

Still as per our assumption and previous year's (2019) details it can be estimated that since you're a reserved (OBC) category student you've enough chances to get admitted in several top-esteemed private MBBS and BDS colleges with this marks. I'm making a list for those colleges genuinely suitable as per your performance in NEET UG 2020.

MBBS :

  • Katihar Medical College, Katihar (cut-off: 491)
  • Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa (cut-off: 424)
  • Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj (cut-off: 473)
  • Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani (cut-off marks: 420)
  • Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram (cut-off marks: 441)

BDS:

  • Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna (cut-off: 384)
  • Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital (cut-off marks: 382)
  • Sarjug Dental College & Hospital, Laheriasarai (cut-off: 381)

The cut-off marks mentioned in the bracket beside the college names are on the basis of 2019's informations. For further reference:

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-bihar

However we all know that the statewise cut-off marks vary each year on the basis of several determining factors like:

  • Number of appeared aspirants
  • Number of successful aspirants
  • Previous year's cut-off trend
  • Total number of available seats by State Government
  • Difficulty level of the examination
  • Highest score in NEET UG in whole India

But you don't need to be worried regarding this. Because our definite estimation is that you can obviously get chance in all those above mentioned instituions.

So don't worry. Just be relaxed. You may check the following Carrers360 NEET College predictor tool for ensuring my assumption:

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope all these informations and links will be quite helpful for you. Wish you all the best.
