If you have studied for consecutive 10 years till 10th, you can apply for state quota in the state of UP. However, since you have completed class 11th and 12th in Rajasthan, you can apply for state-quota in Rajasthan as well. Remember, that when you apply for state quota, you compulsorily need to have a domicile certificate of that particular state.

The last date for Registration and Submission is on the last week of May 2021.

You can try state counselling to find a government college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief.
