Hello Aspirant,
According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 48,000-60,000 and as you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact information. However if we consider you as of General category then on the basis of thos rank you will have very lower chances of getting in to NIT Patna even after considering your Home Sate quota as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs.
For complete details about previous year's cut-offs refer the link given below :-

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change evry year depending upon various factors, so to get an idea we can use last year's cut-offs.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-

You have obtained Common Rank list (CRL) rank of 1,88,000 and obc category rank of 60,686. With such rank it would be very tough and difficult to get seat in NITs. Rather you should better participate in state counselling for taking admission into state government engineering colleges in the states of Haryana, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh et cetra. You can predict your college and branch options available to you based on this rank by using the JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope it helps you.
Hi Aspirant
With this score, you can get seat for BAMS in private colleges of Bihar.
But as you belong to OBC category you may get seat in government college you should try for state counseling by observing previous year's data you stand a chance of getting seat.
Although cut off varies every year depending upon no of factors such as no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam.
Colleges in Bihar you may try:
1. Rajkiya Ayurved college and hospital
2. Dayanand Ayurved medical college and hospital
3. Government Ayurvedic college
4. Shri Yatinder Narayan Ashtang College

there is no reservation for the dependants of Ex- Defense Serviceman when it comes to All India Quota. Nonetheless each state has state has its own percentage of quota for dependants of Ex - Defense Serviceman. In this very case Bihar does have such a quota specifically for dependants of Ex- Defense Serviceman, which is approximately around 1%.
