Hello, Gate Chemistry with code CY doe snot include the above mentioned courses. You can check out the official syllabus from this link http://www.gate.iitg.ac.in/Syllabi/CY_Chemistry.pdf

While industrial exam is code PI, Biochemistry is XL-Q and gate exam for a pharmacy student is PY.

If you go for the bachelor’s in biochemistry, you can always apply for a doctorate program in pharmacy if you get through biochemistry.  B.Sc. degree fetches strong base and knowledge of all aspects of chemistry.

However, if you go for B.Pharma,  you will get biochemistry as a subject
