They also provide you opportunity for good students to research from second/third year onwards. They also have an internationally competitive
Labs, and other facilities are good enough. SRM probably has one of the better labs when it comes to the bio-chemical labs as compared to other universities and institutes.
As far as placements are concerned, then good companies do visit SRM for biotech too.
