Yes! You have to take biology as a main subject in 12th for admission in Btech in biotechnology. SpMaths in this case is optional for you i.e you may take it as a main subject. But without biology you won't be able to pursue Biotechnology.

I am sorry for your friend but the correction date for change in neet form was from 15 January till 31st January. After this no change is allowed in the form. So she won't be able to get admission through that application. What you can try as a last resort
