Yes you can the avail the scholarship provided by AICTE provided you are GATE qualified. All the GATE qualified students get monthly stipend of 12400/- for the period of 2 years. You can join the college through TANCET but it is compulsory that you need to be GATE qualified.

If you have quota then yes if you are from UR category then you may wait. However the cutoffs for CUHAR is high as compared to other central universities. If students opt out or seats remain vacant for spot counselling then you may get one.
