at such a higher rank, you can get any college but there will be difficulty in getting CSE at IET,lucknow. however you can get biotechnology easily.

Different colleges have different no. Of seats. So a rank that can get you a seat at an IIT in the IITJEE, may not fetch you one in say BHU UET.
