CAT is an Entrance Exam conducted by iim's.
It is for Scholarship or admission in top b school.
No training in CAT can give u stipend.
Best Govt College to study in Tamil Nada also depends and chosen by Entrance Result for eg :- u need to get more score in order to shortlist ur candidature for admission in IIM.
No admission in B school without CAT (MBA).
