Yes, a PCB student can do B.Tech in Biotechnology from Jaypee University.
According to the eligibility criteria, you must have Physics and Biology or Biotechnology as compulsory subjects in 10+2 or equivalent examination. You can have any two of Chemistry, Computer Science, English and Maths as other subjects.
If you are appearing in the final examination, you can apply for admission to this university. You need to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) to the University authority as per the latest instructions.

In order to prepare for M.Sc Biotechnology entrance exams of JMI and AMU, you must prepare some important topics from the syllabus of B.Sc Biotechnology. These include Introductory Biological Chemistry, Animal and Plant Physiology, Recombinant DNA Technology, DNA Typing, Proteomics and Beyond, Biodiversity and Taxonomy, Microbiology and Macromolecule, Biostatistics.

I would suggest if you are a life science student then go for the Allied Fields such as:
I am not sure, if you are eligible for the MSc Chemistry (if its allowed by any of your colleges) then you can go for it, but it wouldn't be the same as you have studied in your UG. In chemistry you will need knowledge regarding the Quantum Mechanics, Advanced Organic & Inorganic chemistry which, I don't think you have enough exposure to in your UG Life science course.
