The eligibility criteria for the MPharma is that the student must posses B.Pharm with atleast 45% marks in aggregate.

So, you are not eligible for it. You must have done your graduation in the same course. After BSc Biotechnology you can go for MSc Biotechnology

With reference to yoru above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that the INI CET exams for Masters in Biotechnology in AIIMS are normally conducted in two sessions , January and July.

AIIMS Delhi has announced the INI CET dates for the January session. As per the official notice, INI CET exam date 2022 is November 14, 2021 , from 9 AM to 12 noon.

With effect from 2021, all these institutes will admit PG students on the basis of the marks obtained in the INI CET exam only. Earlier these 14 institutes used to conduct separate exams for admission to PG courses. The examination is conducted twice a year, January and the July session .
