Yes, the next step after the completion of your BSc Biotechnology is to get admission in MSc course. Also you can see there are some colleges that gives integrated-phd program i.e., you will get MSc-phD degree at the end of 5/6 years course.

Yes,Maths is compulsory for B.tech Biotechnology. Students who have studied Physics,Chemistry and Biology in the +2 level of exam are eligible to pursue  B.Tech in Biotechnology.However, one must have scored a minimum aggregate of marks in the compulsory group as prescribed by the concerned University or Institutes.
