If you are unsure about how to actually build an startup there are many courses available online which will give a kick start to your career. You can study and do this on the side as well. Let me remind you that setting up an startup is very difficult and it might hinder with your studies. All the best! If you still have doubts please feel free to comment. Hope this helps.

Hi, Facebook usually prefers B.Tech/ M.Tech students but there are chances that you will get a job if your core studies and projects that you have worked on are strong. Hi, If you do get a BS in bioinformatics, I will include that a lot of jobs require you to have a graduate degree. So, unless you are able to get an internship that offers you a full time position or you live in an area that has a higher number of bioinformatics jobs, you may need to get a MS or PhD in the field, but as the field grows I expect more bioinformatics programs to pop-up and bachelors degrees to be more common. There are a lot of people in this field that have gotten a bachelors in biology or computer science/software engineering and a masters in the other area.
Some of the best colleges are:
a) Indian Institute of Technology, IIT, Delhi.
b) Delhi Technological University, DTU, Delhi.
c) Amity University, Haryana and Noida.
d) Netaji Institute of Technology, Delhi.
e) Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
f) Bennett University, Greater Noida
Hope this helps.
