The eligibility criteria depends from college to college. It is different for different colleges.

But In general, for B.Tech. and B.Sc. courses in Computer Science, you need to have mathematics as one of the subjects in class 12th.

First of all, you are not allowed to choose or change your subjects in class 12th as there's no way for the same.

This is because your registration is done in class 11 itself and so after that you cannot change your subjects .
