Dear Arish, there are few things here. First, if you have completed your 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, you can study Biology as an additional subject through NIOS. Studying Biology as an additional subject and studying through NIOS will make you eligible for NEET. Now there is also no upper age limit for NEET. All that is left is for you to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.

Biology is the biggest section in NEET, comprising about half of the exam, and acing this subject can help you in scoring more in the exam. Human Physiology and Genetics have maximum weightage in NEET. It is advisable to practise questions of Genetics from previous year question papers, which will give you a thorough understanding of how the questions are being asked. Topics of Plant and Animal kingdom have a lot of portion to memorize. You can prepare these topics by making a comparative table for the sub-topics and studying it together. If you have the following qualification or eligibility then you can join BSC in Biology in many universities and colleges.
+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a minimum of 50% marks if you are general candidate and 45% if you are SC/ST/OBC candidate.
If you fulfil the first condition and have Mathematics as additional subject.

you should try for improvement exam. failing in math may cause great problem in future, as you are interested in commerce line of study, maths marks will be reciewd in many times. and there is really less chances for selected in j.d BIRLA. See you may get admission in some private colleges in kolkata, but believe me at the time of a job interview you may rejected. please give improvement exam and pass in math.

Yes you are eligible for the entrance exam because there is no where mentioned that a student who has a gap in the graduating year is not be able to sit for the exam. Just prepare for the CMAT and if you qualify the exam. You are good to go.
