YES,you can always go for MBA after BSC bIOLOGY. but remember , this will be a completely different field which will not be supported by your education till now. so before you do it , ask yourself , why do you want to do MBA .

Coming to the eligibility criteria NEET has clearly state physics, chemistry, Biology/Biotech to be the core subjects in your 10+2 or equivalent

Yes off course a Biology student can join for B.Tech Computer Science only when you have opted for maths as an additional subject.
Biology student have the option of selecting either Medical or Engineering that's the added benifit of the course, since Physics, Chemistry is already there along with Biology
