i got 48.66% in physics, chemistry and biology bit got 50+ in 12th boards. Will i b able to appear in neet? if not neet what are the other options?

See, Board marks will not affect your rank but yes it is one of the basic eligibility criteria to apply for the exam
If you are a General category candidate then you should have an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
But if you belong to SC/ST then you should have an aggregate minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
