You might not be able to get a seat in the main campus in the mechanical branch as cut off is generally below 3800 but you can wait for the next rounds of counseling or try for other branches or other campuses in  CUSAT CAT.

Adithya, if biology was your optional subject in boards, then marks of biology will never be calculated for eligibility in jee mains, only marks of compulsory subjects are calculated along with pcm.
