Firstly the selection for NEET is not merit based . So you score being better in biology or even if it was math wouldn't have mattered . They have their entrance exam selection criteria .
So if you aim for NEET you must have your concepts clear

The cutoff of deemed university do come in the range of 300 -350 marks but these colleges are few in number and the chance for getting a seat is very slim.

Hence this is not advisable to do. 

Get more than 450+ marks to get private medical colleges and 500+

I have filled pcmb cet form. My preference is pcm. Is it mandatory to attempt biology cet or is it optional

If you have filled pcmb form then it is ok give biology exam also it is conducted on same day if your preference is pcm then perform good marks in pcm.These will not affect your score

Yes,you are eligible for NEET 2021 as you had two subjects Physics and Chemistry in boards.So you are definitely eligible to appear.

You have to use code 02 while filling the form for NEET 2021.

Thus the total number of pollen sacs in each flower

= Number of anthers X Number of pollen sacs per anther

=10 x 4
