Yes, you might, however it seems very unlikely in the first 5 cutoffs.
After which, it depends on whether the institute has any seats left for these particular courses.

Vascular bandle without cambium-closed vascular bandle.
In  monocot, vascular bundles have no cambium present in them. hence ,since they do not form secondary tissues they are referred to as closed.

Nothing hard just focus only on 2 part of chemistry for example if you like inorganic and organic then just leave physical and then try to focus on that chapter which have more weightage
And try to do less negative in main exam you will easily score more then 400
