In order to pursue mbbs from a foreign country, you need to apply and qualify the NEET exam. Only then you will be able to get admissions.

Yes, if you do these all with all your efforts you'll definitely score more. NCERT is alone enough to get you high and good marks but you can use MTG books as they have really good questions. Make a schedule and solv questions every day without a gap.
You can use the English part and evaluation is same for both the languages for a single paper which means even if you don’t understand the English you can crosscheck with the Hindi one.
