Your marks aren't that good but still you can try as you have a BC category . I'm not sure if you'll be able to get into the college but still don't loose hope and keep trying . There are other colleges as well .
You cannot expect for GOVERNMENT COLLEGES but you can surely get a private college in Delhi.
