Hello aspirant,
Since there are few IITs like IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay that offer biomedical engineering, so a PCB student can apply for it by undergoing entrance exams like JEE Mains. Admission to Biomedical Engineering course, which is a 4 year course duration, is done either through a national level entrance exams like JEE Mains or through direct admission. The minimum aggregate required to pursue the course is of 50%.
Hope, this answer helps you.

hi,
see cutoff score changes every year, it changes with some facts like students category, number of applicant for any particular year, choice of stream, questions level of toughness etc. however based on your percentile your overall probable rank would be 440913 - 495650, however this is just overall ranking, its not your category ranking. but at this score it would be quite difficult to secure seat in any government institute. government engineering colleges gandhinagar b.tech admission is based on gujcet and jee main score. however you should try to score higher in next attempt of exam, you may select careers360 b.tech companion tool which is helpful for self study:

you may give a shot to careers360 college predictor tool to know about probable college name based on your jee main score:
It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp
