Both of then are good courses but in India they have no scope for both in courses in India.

Better to go abroad for these courses to have good career.

My opinion is bio medical ia better compared to the other.

Biomedical engineering has a lot of scope also from the job perspective.

After completing the course you can

• You can directly get employment in any organization.
• You can also work in hospitals as a biomedical engineer.
• You can also pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in the field if you wish.

See it all depends on the demand. You never know what would happen after you graduate or complete your btech. 

So it's better to first look at every aspect and then choose to which field you want to go in.

Biomedical engineering is in developing stage in india and have limited scope. If you are interested in research then it is good to take biomedical engineering but otherwise it is not good option to take it in india.
