If you wish to become a research analyst then Studying B.Pharm would be a very wise option. B.Sc Biotechnology is a very good field but since B.Pharm is a technical course you will receive good jobs after b.Pharm. If you can crack National Level Exams like :

Then the eligibility criteria is B.Sc in related subjects with 50% marks
-BHU PET/ BITSAT/JNUJEE/ DUET score.
