sir i got 13240 rank,iam from bipc ,iam sc category, can i get biotechnology seat?

I am sorry to say that with the rank you have mentioned it is very difficult for you to get in any of the government colleges. You have a very low chance of getting a government college. Also you can try some private college instead.Sa the Cutoffs vary every year so sit for the counselling and try your luck.
