After round1 217800 have to be paid.If we do not want the seat allowed in further rounds,will the fee rewarded back.

I don't think  the fee will be returned back if you don't want the seat allocated as you are effectively taking someone else's seat which might remain vacant if not taken by you.

For the information regarding the payment and fees you should look at the BITS-Pilani website. There is an FAQ page with their terms and conditions which might be helpful to you. However, you should get a repay but the conditional changes you should look up there. Hope

What can be the expected cutoff of BITSAT this year will it be same or can I expect a drop ?

200 marks in BITSAT 2019 is just an average marks as many  students have scored 215+ as per data . But you might get BITS GOA  in last round with some lower branches and yes you will get admission through subsequent iteration just contact colleg department and

 according to previous years cutoff their are tough chances that you get admission in CSE branch.  Although cutoff drops from 3rd iteration but most of the top demanded cores get filled at that time. But just hope for good and be ready

If you want to participate in further iterations, you'll have to pay the admission fees+ tution fees(Rs. 39,800/- +Rs 1,78,000/-) since you've been alloted a seat already.Go to this link for the same:
