You have done your 12th from National institute of open schooling. But the eligibility criteria to appear BITSAT consists the student should have completed his 10+2 from any recognised board in India with 75% in physics, chemistry, Mathematics. so you are not eligible to appear BITSAT.

According to me, the most crucial days for any coveted exams are it's final days. Hence following the right strategy at the penultimate/end days are a must.

In 2018 the cut off for admission in BITS, Goa campus for the general category in the CSE branch was 354. It was 350 in 2017 and 358 in 2016.
Considering the trend of cut offs in the previous years , you seem to have a fair chance.
