Sir I got Manipal rank 5000 in which I am getting ECE and also got BITSAT marks 294 but not good stream.So Where should I go?

ECE is a good branch in Engineering. But go with whichever branch you are interested in more. Do not always make your decisions based on what is trending. In terms of college BITS would be more preferable if you are getting the Pilani Campus. You can shift branches if you do well in your first year.
