Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std. You should read the NCERT books for basics. Then HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge.

i would like to say the BITs is not offering the B tech in Bio- Technology while it is offering MTech while BITS offers B pharama hons in pilani so you can give try for it through BITSAT kindly check the below link for the courses offred by
Yes it is easy to qualify BITSAT as it is easier than Jee mains and advance. Well if you are planning to opt for CS than you should also study hard enough to get that. Try practicing sums from books like HC Sharma and remember the concepts that you learn.
