Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std. You should read the NCERT books for basics. Then HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra

Bisat is an online exam for undergraduate engineering

And the exam carried out for 3 hours consist of 150 questions in multiple choice

3 marks for one question and aslo have negative marks

For UPES, you will need a minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th standard. Also, it is important to have minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th class.
For BITSAT, you will need a minimum 75% aggregate Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in 12th.
